The Mazda RX-7 was produced from 1978 to 2002 and remains the best-selling rotary-engine sports car in history. The third and final generation (FD3S, 1992–2002) is considered the most impressive: a 1.3-liter twin-rotor rotary engine with sequential twin-turbocharging produced up to 280 hp, propelling the lightweight 1,320 kg coupé to a top speed of 250 km/h and from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds. Thanks to the compact design of the rotary engine positioned behind the front axle, the RX-7 achieved an almost perfect 50:50 weight distribution – a true sports car through and through. The Model – Cada C61502

The Cada RX7 model recreates this cult sports car as a detailed Technic car in building blocks. The characteristic pop-up headlights, the front splitter, the side skirts, and the fixed rear wing are faithfully reproduced – entirely without stickers, all details are printed or directly integrated into the model. Under the opening hood lies a detailed replica of the rotary engine, doing justice to the original. The interior features seats, a steering wheel, a center console, and a manually operated four-speed shifter. RC Functions & Drive
